Welcome to the hub

Does it feel like you're the only one holding your child's care together?

Start Here

Your child feels everything, and big emotions can take over the whole day.

THIS IS FOR YOUR FAMILY IF...

Bedtime, school mornings, or transitions feel like a battle every time.

You've tried the doctors and therapists and still feel like a piece is missing.

Your child is neurodivergent, or you suspect they might be, and you want care that honors how they're wired.

You're tired of being the only one holding your child's care together.

You're looking for a gentle, whole-child approach to add to the support your child already has.

Every child begins with an Initial Assessment, a full first visit where we get to know your child, their nervous system, and what's been showing up.

From there, most families begin Taking Root, our 90-day foundation plan designed to build real regulation over time. Once that foundation is in place, Garden Keepers offers ongoing monthly care to help your child keep growing.

Option 1

Care For Your Child

Every family starts in the same place: a conversation. From there, we build care around what your child actually needs, at a pace that feels right for your family.

Here's how we support you:

How we work together

Parents carry so much, and your nervous system matters too. Root is our 90-day program for adults, built to help you find steadier ground. When you're ready, Rise offers monthly care to keep you supported.

Option 2

Care For You

Rooted To Grow brings care to the whole household, with plans for two children and one parent, so everyone at home is regulating together.

Option 3

We work alongside your child's doctors, therapists, and specialists, never in place of them. Your child's care should feel connected, and we'll help make sure it does.

Care-Team Coordination

05

We put together tools, reading, and practices chosen specifically for your family. They're simple things you can use at home to keep supporting your child's nervous system.

A Resource List

04

Hard moments don't wait for your next appointment. You'll have a real person to text between visits when you have questions or need a little guidance.

Text Support

03

After visits, we share what we noticed during your child's session and what to watch for at home. You'll always know what's happening and how to support them between visits.

Follow-Up Notes

02

After your child's assessment, you'll receive a written plan built around their unique needs. It gives you a clear picture of where we're starting and where we're headed together.

Our Promise To You

Starting something new for your child takes trust, and we don't take that lightly. If after 8 visits of Taking Root you feel this isn't the right fit for your child, we'll refund the remaining 8 visits. You'll have real time to see how your child responds before you decide.

Available for child care plans. Refund excludes the assessment fee. Visits must be attended as scheduled, with the request made in writing within 7 days of visit 8.

Pediatric Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice offered in a calm, supportive space. Your child stays fully clothed, touch is always optional, and they can move or take breaks whenever they need. We take time to understand what's happening in your child's world, because big emotions can have many roots.

What is Pediatric Reiki?

Each visit begins with a check-in with you and your child. Your child is free to rest, move, play, draw, or talk, and there's no "right" way to do it. We weave in art, sound, and aromatherapy, adjusted to your child's sensory preferences, and close with time to share what we noticed.

What does a session actually look like?

Absolutely. Your child doesn't need to sit still, speak, or accept touch to take part. They can move, play, take breaks, and communicate in whatever way works for them. We follow their cues and meet them exactly where they are.

My child has a hard time sitting still, doesn't like to be touched, or is nonverbal. Can they still do this?

Yes, parents are encouraged to stay. Some children feel safest with a parent close by, while others open up with a little one-on-one time. We'll follow your child's comfort and always talk with you first before making any change.

Do I stay in the room during my child's session?

We work with children from prenatal through age 18. After 18, clients move into our adult care.

What ages do you work with?

No. Our care is complementary and works alongside your child's medical care, therapy, and other support. Please continue following your child's care team's recommendations, including any prescribed medication.

Does this replace my child's therapy, medication, or medical care?

Every child begins with a 60-minute Initial Assessment that includes a Reiki session. We'll talk about your child's strengths, sensitivities, and daily challenges, and what you hope will feel different. You'll leave with our first observations and a clear picture of what an individualized care plan could look like.

What happens at the first visit?

Most children begin with Taking Root, 16 visits over 90 days: twice a week the first month, then weekly. Afterward, many families continue with monthly Garden Keepers visits. Every child responds differently. Some parents notice shifts within a few weeks, while for others change is more gradual, and we'll check in with you throughout.

How many visits will my child need, and when might we notice a change?

Yes, your well-being matters here too. Root is our 90-day program for adults, and Rise offers ongoing monthly care. To receive care alongside your children, Rooted To Grow is designed for one parent and two children, because regulation is a family journey.

Can I get care for myself too?

Care plans can be paid in full or split into two payments, and every child's care plan includes our No Risk Guarantee. We don't bill insurance. Some families have used FSA or HSA funds, so check with your plan administrator first.

What are my payment options?

Let’s work together

You don't have to know exactly what your child needs, or what modality to try, or what to call the thing you're navigating. You just need a place to start. Reach out and tell us a little about what's going on, and we'll find a time to talk through what you've been carrying and whether this feels like the right fit for your child.

The Hub was built to be a safe space for neurodivergent kids and their families.

The Hub is here when you are ready.
